Will is a Licensed Social Worker who earned his Masters in Social Work at Rutgers University. As a therapist, Will works with people at all stages of life, including couples, adults, adolescents, and preadolescents. He believes that the journey of personal growth and healing requires investigation and acceptance, and there are many paths the journey can take. Motivational Interviewing, CBT, ACT, and Play Therapy are some of the practices Will draws from, but regardless of the therapeutic approach, his personal approach is one of warmth, curiosity, and sincerity.

Having worked as a teacher and coach at the high school and junior high school levels for over a decade, Will has a strong background in education. As a husband and a father, he also understands the kinds of challenges that can come with starting or growing a family. Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with his family, reading, running, and playing games of all kinds.
