Jenn Reardon

LAC

Jenn earned her Masters in Counseling at The College of New Jersey where she closely studied addictions and co-occurring disorders. Through a lifetime of diverse experiences and a passion for helping others, Jenn embodies a blend of empathy, authenticity, and an engaging, lighthearted approach that empowers clients to create meaningful change.

While therapy often involves processing difficult emotions and life experiences, Jenn believes therapy can also be a fun opportunity for growth. She creates a relaxed, collaborative environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves, and she isn't afraid to incorporate a little humor along the way. Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and ACT, Jenn combines compassionate and holistic support with honest, direct feedback to help clients process past traumas, build new insights, and develop practical coping skills.

Jenn has experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in individual, couples, family, and group settings. Jenn has experience supporting individuals experiencing addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, life transitions and other life stressors. Jenn is also committed to providing an affirming, inclusive, and welcoming space for members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Whether celebrating successes, navigating setbacks, or simply processing the events of the week, Jenn strives to make therapy a space where clients feel understood, challenged, and genuinely enjoy showing up.

When Jenn is not in sessions, she enjoys creating art, spending time outside and making memories with her family.
